At CK INTERFACE STUDIO, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we primarily offer digital services and design work, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase or project commitment.

🔄 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • A project was not started after payment and you request cancellation within 3 days of payment.
  • A technical error on our part causes undeliverable or corrupted files, and we’re unable to resolve it.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • If the project has been partially or fully completed.
  • If the client changes their mind or no longer needs the service after work has begun.
  • If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information from the client.

🔧 Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • We always aim to resolve issues through revisions and client feedback.
  • Minor to moderate revisions are provided depending on your service agreement.
  • We encourage you to communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction.

📦 Return Policy for Digital Products

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods (e.g., logos, design files, websites), we do not accept returns once files have been delivered.

💰 Refund Process

If your refund request is eligible:

  1. Contact us at ckinterfacestudio@hotmail.com with your order details and reason.
  2. Upon review and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  3. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or your original payment method.
