  • Any changes requested after project commencement may result in timeline extensions or additional fees.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required before project work begins.
  • Full payment must be made before final delivery of materials or services.
  • Late payments may result in delivery delays or project cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All custom work provided by CK INTERFACE STUDIO remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights may be transferred as agreed.
  • You may not resell, reproduce, or modify our work without our written consent.

5. Revisions & Project Delivery

  • We offer a limited number of revisions per project (as stated in your agreement).
  • Final deliverables will be shared in agreed file formats via email, cloud storage, or physical media.
  • Additional revisions or versions may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel a project after deposit, only partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of completion.
  • Completed work will not be refunded.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information as needed for the project.
  • Delays in providing feedback or materials may impact project deadlines.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.
  • While we strive for accuracy and satisfaction, outcomes may vary based on how the final product is used or deployed.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client information and project materials will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Malaysian legal system.
